Sometimes I do think God does humour me by connecting with my friends, especially friends who know me the longest – my high school friends.
My husband has often reminded me to go out with my friends and not stay home so much.
The funny thing, once he stopped nagging me, I reconnected with my friends. And friends who were exicted to keep in touch with me. Went up to Penang to meet a friend and one whatsapped me from Singapore.
With so many things which show my weaknesses, but I am glad my friends still value me as a friend.
Well, I admit feeling crap with my in-laws (the whole family) because I always have to be in a fighting mode. Can’t just people talk nicely even if they are family members.
But my friends, they know me long enough to tell certain truths and also are there to listen to me.
I should also be the less competitive friend too. Help me to love them too.
